If you are looking for AFFORDABLE YOGA INSTRUCTION in a QUIET,
FRIENDLY, NON-INTIMIDATING PRIVATE STUDIO,
 we're the place for you.
We cater to new students as well as those looking to gain a deep understanding of alignment and anatomy in their practice. Group classes are limited to 10 students, so you don't get "lost in the crowd".

 

 

We also offer carefully tailored private yoga sessions, semi-private yoga sessions, workshops, and deep tissue and swedish massage in our private
setting near Hancock Park, Los Angeles.
